Each pair lasts for 40-50 wears (sometimes even longer!) as long as you clean them properly. Just rinse with mild soap and water, let them air dry, and store them in their case to keep them fresh.
Will they lose stickiness over time?
No, they are designed to stick with the heat of the body.
What if I sweat a lot—will they still hold?
Yes! Many women have worn these in extreme heat, on vacation, and even while dancing, and they stay put. If you sweat excessively, just pat your skin dry before applying for the best hold.
